Use Pisces to Connect and Find Joy

This New Moon in Pisces is Tuesday February the 21st. It has been a rather wild ride to get to this point this cycle, but if you have been doing the work over the past eleven lunar months, you will have released a lot of resistance on all levels, and developed some new behaviour patterns or ways of being that are truly beneficial. You will be ready for Pisces.

I always feel as though Pisces is the icing on the cake. We have a lovely firm but flexible base and now are ready for the topping. It’s time to expand our connection to self and to Spirit.

Bringing some quiet time into your life, allowing yourself to relax, may be doing some yoga, perhaps just resting (no books, no t.v.) will help you to centre, to connect with that deep inner joy, the Universal Love. Most of us are able to do that while on vacation, sitting by the pool or the water. But we need to be able to do that here, amidst our work and family life.

Taking this quiet time and being centred may help us to trust and to let go of what needs to go. This is our last chance before we begin a new cycle. It will help us to imagine what the new cycle could look like, how joyful and amazing it could be. It allows us to see the possibilities.

Quiet time will also assist us in connecting to Spirit, to our guides and angels, and to become more aware of the subtle energies that surround us.

Pisces rules unconditional love – the ability to be non-judgmental, understanding, compassionate and forgiving. The most important person to be compassionate with and to forgive is ourself.

Partially because this is the most difficult, we may develop behaviour patterns that do not benefit us. Behaviour patterns like a defeatist attitude, being beaten before we even start, so we procrastinate, have pani attacks, and develop addictions. Pisces holds the way out. It may not be easy, but the life line is there for the grabbing.

On the physical level, Pisces rules colds, feet, bunions and corns, the lymphatic system, and toxicity.

If you are creating intent for this month, here are some samples:

• I am asking to accept myself as I am, with all of my foibles and quirks, and to understand that I am perfect as I am right now.
• I am asking to be impulsed to take quiet time so I may experience inner peace and joy more frequently as part of my natural way of being.
• I am asking to release my addiction to worry, to learn to trust in Spirit and to know that all is for the highest and best good.

Enjoy Pisces. Relax and rest so you can plan for the next adventure.

Manifesting Joy

I looked over my notes for the Full Moon past, to see if there was anything that would indicate why so many people, including me, are “under the weather” right now. The only thing I found was Greg Scott talking about the mid-heaven in Scorpio bringing anything that is not yet healed to the surface. So, if you are not feeling well right now, is the situation showing you anything that is not yet healed? For me it was easy to figure out. Even with the flu, covid, a cold, whatever it is I am entertaining right now, I

I thought I Was totally Screwed

For a long time, I thought I was totally screwed. You may have guessed that my sun sign is Sagittarius – the symbol of which is a bare-chested strange looking guy with a bow and arrow, four legs and the back end of a horse. It’s a fire sign. What you probably don’t know, is that my rising sign is Gemini -the twins – double trouble. Gemini is an air sign and its symbol looks like a doorway to who knows where. Air ignites fire. Neither sign struck me as being particularly grounded, so I spent a lot of
