Looking for the Magic

I was so enjoying the beautiful feeling of New Moon in Sagittarius that I am late in sending this out. New Moon is today, Sunday the 1st of December and I have felt very Sag today.

Sagittarius is idealistic, spiritual, future oriented, optimistic, spontaneous, freedom loving and constantly looking for ways to improve the self on their spiritual journey. They may exaggerate a bit, but who’s perfect…

Jupiter, the planet that rules this fire sign, is a planet of expansion, so expect things to be bigger, brighter and more impressive this month. It is also a planet of good luck, so expect that, too.

Fire signs are about life purpose and passion. This is a great time to reflect on what you are passionate about and how that fits into your life purpose. It’s a great time to ask the big questions – like, why am I here, what am I doing with my life, does this thought or emotion have any purpose in my life anymore?

This New Moon gives us the opportunity to become clearer on what we want to do next, on our passions, on our next adventure. It gives us freedom from the feeling that we need to do what we’re told, what everyone else is doing, and that we can’t do things on our own. We take back more of our power.

The energies of this New Moon support us in all of this. If we take a chance, the safety net will be there. Trust and have faith.

So, tonight and tomorrow (New Moon energy covers the day before, the day of and the day after) take some time in contemplation. Discover where your passion lies now (not yesterday) and how you might move forward with it. Evaluate your life, what’s working, what’s not. Vision what it could be. Then invite the knowing of how to get there. Listen for the guidance and get ready.

This is the time to set intention for the next 28 days. We will soon be entering the dreamtime, winter, and this is our chance to let go of what isn’t working and holding us back from creating our dream life. I’ve heard that 2025 is a year full of creative energy that keeps us busy. Let’s get clear so what we create next year moves us closer to where and who we want to be.

Here are some examples of intent:

  • I am asking for clarity on my passion
  • I am intending to find my new life purpose with the help of my guides.
  • I am listening more intently to and understanding the messages I receive through intuition
  • I am inviting fun into my life

Enjoy and have fun setting your intent, and have a wonderful, joyous New Moon.

Manifesting Joy

I looked over my notes for the Full Moon past, to see if there was anything that would indicate why so many people, including me, are “under the weather” right now. The only thing I found was Greg Scott talking about the mid-heaven in Scorpio bringing anything that is not yet healed to the surface. So, if you are not feeling well right now, is the situation showing you anything that is not yet healed? For me it was easy to figure out. Even with the flu, covid, a cold, whatever it is I am entertaining right now, I

I thought I Was totally Screwed

For a long time, I thought I was totally screwed. You may have guessed that my sun sign is Sagittarius – the symbol of which is a bare-chested strange looking guy with a bow and arrow, four legs and the back end of a horse. It’s a fire sign. What you probably don’t know, is that my rising sign is Gemini -the twins – double trouble. Gemini is an air sign and its symbol looks like a doorway to who knows where. Air ignites fire. Neither sign struck me as being particularly grounded, so I spent a lot of
