Letting Go

This Sunday October 30, 2016, is New Moon in Scorpio. Scorpio is a water sign, so we know we are dealing with emotions.

Last Lunar cycle we borrowed Maat’s Scales of Harmony and Balance to see how much we fallneeded to release in order to relax and enjoy the winter (representing death, as much in nature dies) to come. Scorpio gives us the opportunity to release and transmute our excess baggage – all the fear, anger, frustration, grief we’ve accumulated over the year. It’s time to let it all go. When we let go of whatever does not serve us, we have more room for Light, for Love, and all things good.

Sometimes we know what needs to be transmuted and let go. We can see it – it’s “in our face”. You can focus on that during the healing session below. Sometimes we do not know what needs to be released, but we know there is something. In this case, simply ask for whatever you are feeling that needs to go be released.

Here is something you can do on your own to heal by letting go. I do this often just before I go to sleep.

If I can, I find where in my body I am holding on to whatever needs to go. Then I hold that spot in my thought and breathe into it, allowing it to expand and contract with the breath. I help it get ready to release.

Then, I ask whatever needs to go, to go. I continue to breathe and allow whatever needs to happen. Sometimes I yawn, or make some other physical release during the process. If whatever you are healing has been around for a long time, you may need to give it permission to go. It has become part of your Being in that time, so you may need to bless it, thank it for all it has taught you, then let it go.

Everything that we hold on to is there for a reason. We were not ready to let it go at the time of occurrence, we needed to come to some realization, even if that realization was that it does not serve us to hold on. So, thank it for that realization and let it go.

We may need some help with the releasing. When I find I do, I ask for whichever Beings of Light are available to assist ne. They are always eager to be asked, as they cannot help unless they are asked. I enjoy working with the Gold Light Beings. You may find you resonate with different group.

Enjoy this month, and as the leaves fall and are recycled by the Mother, let your baggage fall and be recycled. Let it go, let Light.

Hi, I'm Diane Young

I’m an experienced energy healer and teacher based in Toronto, and it’s been my joy to support others on their healing journeys since 1998. I use gentle, effective modalities like LPIT, Reiki, and Axiatonal Alignment to help you release what’s weighing you down and reconnect with peace, clarity, and joy.

If something in this post spoke to you, I invite you to get in touch. I’d be honoured to connect and see how I can support you.

Manifesting Joy

I looked over my notes for the Full Moon past, to see if there was anything that would indicate why so many people, including me, are “under the weather” right now. The only thing I found was Greg Scott talking about the mid-heaven in Scorpio bringing anything that is not yet healed to the surface. So, if you are not feeling well right now, is the situation showing you anything that is not yet healed? For me it was easy to figure out. Even with the flu, covid, a cold, whatever it is I am entertaining right now, I

I thought I Was totally Screwed

For a long time, I thought I was totally screwed. You may have guessed that my sun sign is Sagittarius – the symbol of which is a bare-chested strange looking guy with a bow and arrow, four legs and the back end of a horse. It’s a fire sign. What you probably don’t know, is that my rising sign is Gemini -the twins – double trouble. Gemini is an air sign and its symbol looks like a doorway to who knows where. Air ignites fire. Neither sign struck me as being particularly grounded, so I spent a lot of
