Full Moon in Pisces

Pisces is a water sign and therefore aligned with the emotions. It deals with mystical and illusive states. Pisceans can be dreamers, comfortable in the realms of imagination and fantasy.

Pisces invites us to be sensitive and aware of subtle energies. We are drawn to trust in a higher power or universal intelligence, and to receive guidance from our angels. As we learn to trust, it is easier to drop defeatist attitudes and any manner of being a victim. We know we are supported and guided.

How do we do this? Take some quiet time – just sit. Find a welcoming tree or bench in nature and close your eyes and be. Allow whatever comes. Allow yourself to relax and connect to your innate self and to universal guidance. Allow YOU.

Meditation is helpful. Find a guided meditation c.d. and play it. Or simply focus on your third eye point with your eyes closed and let yourself be. Yoga is another way to relax and connect with your self. It is also a great way to help the releasing process. What may be held in the muscles and joints can be released through yoga.

As you take this quiet time, you may find it easier to be tolerant, non-judgmental and understanding. You may find it easier to forgive, to recognize your role in a situation, take responsibility and move on.

On a physical level, Pisces rules colds, which are a way to release. It also rules feet – mainly bunions and corns – those painful things that keep us from moving forward with ease. Pisces also rules poisoning and toxicity. This is a transition time, from summer into gearing up for school a new work season, and a good time to cleanse after the summer.

This Full Moon:

  • Take quiet time, away from family and friends, away from the computer, the phone, and the television.
  • Spend time in nature.
  • Learn a meditation technique and practice it.
  • Take a yoga class
  • Practice being aware of how you are feeling in the moment.
  • Practice being aware of what is going on around you, physically and energetically
  • Allow yourself to daydream
  • Imagine how it would feel to be exactly who you wanted to be

Have fun this Full Moon. Go outside and spend some time in its’ light. Put your crystals out to enjoy it as well. (those who want to). See if you can find the man in the moon. Do a ceremony or meditation. Let your imagination run wild.

Manifesting Joy

I looked over my notes for the Full Moon past, to see if there was anything that would indicate why so many people, including me, are “under the weather” right now. The only thing I found was Greg Scott talking about the mid-heaven in Scorpio bringing anything that is not yet healed to the surface. So, if you are not feeling well right now, is the situation showing you anything that is not yet healed? For me it was easy to figure out. Even with the flu, covid, a cold, whatever it is I am entertaining right now, I

I thought I Was totally Screwed

For a long time, I thought I was totally screwed. You may have guessed that my sun sign is Sagittarius – the symbol of which is a bare-chested strange looking guy with a bow and arrow, four legs and the back end of a horse. It’s a fire sign. What you probably don’t know, is that my rising sign is Gemini -the twins – double trouble. Gemini is an air sign and its symbol looks like a doorway to who knows where. Air ignites fire. Neither sign struck me as being particularly grounded, so I spent a lot of
