Welcome to the second New Moon in Pisces. Last New Moon we talked about going within, getting to know ourselves better before we set our goals and intent for the new cycle of the Zodiac. Now, let’s take a closer look at what else Pisces has to offer. Pisces is a time for us to develop spiritually. Using meditation and yoga, tai chi etc. we can bring ourselves to a point of healing and spiritual awareness. In our quiet time we learn to ask the angels for assistance, and to trust that it will be given. During Pisces we are supported in gaining awareness of the subtle energies that surround us. It’s a time when imagination can be stimulated easily. Imagination is very important in creation, for if you cannot imagine something how can you create it? This is something we will be working on in the Guided Meditation class

This month there are two new Moons in Pisces, this Wednesday and again March 20. It alwaysseems to me that when that happens, two New Moons in the same sign, there is extra need for what that sign has to offer, what it supports us to bring forward. So this month, this section is short and sweet. I’ll add some padding to Pisces next New Moon. Pisces asks us to move into our power, to give up being a victim, a defeatist, one who goes into a panic. This year we’ve been given two chances to initiate that, two opportunities to trust, to take a step forward with support. To me, this feels like the Universe saying “it’s time to believe in yourself, to trust that you can be the best you possible, that you can fulfill your dreams. Trust me to support you. It’s time to come back down to earth. We’ve been flying around following our Sagittarius arrows for the last moon cycle. Now, we need to ground, grow up, so to speak, act more like a responsible adult. We move into Capricorn on the New Moon in Capricorn, the Goat, December 21, 2014. The arrows have landed, now it’s time to do something practical with what we’ve collected. This takes self-discipline and the ability to make good decisions. It also means that we need to deal with the results of former, not so great, decisions. How will you do that? May I suggest that you pull in some Capricorn qualities to help with that? Take a good look at what you want to achieve. Be very clear about your goals so you can be confident they are what you really want and that they are highest and best good for all

This New Moon is on Saturday the 22nd of November. Sagittarius is the seeker of truth of the Zodiac. She is the Archer, shooting her arrows, always searching, always optimistic there is something wonderful ahead. As the truth seeker, Sagittarius looks to traditional religion and spiritual connection to higher guidance. They connect with prayer and places where people worship – churches, synagogues, mosques. They search for truth in all of these places. Sagittarius reminds me of the wild child, as in wilderness. They love to be in nature, having a strong connection to the elements, the bush, wide – open spaces – all aspects of nature. This connection helps to bring peace of mind. Sagittarius loves to travel. Scorpio is a fixed water sign. Water is the element of emotions, and being in a fixed sign, those emotions will crystallize and form our way of reacting, our way of being. This is a sign that pulls us into the depths, to find all the things we’ve hidden, even from ourselves. Once a year, the sun shines in Scorpio, blessing us with the ability to see what we have drowned in the waters, holding it down so it can’t hurt us. It’s no surprise that Scorpio rules power. How powerful is it to release what we’ve been holding onto, and to almost force others to transform as well. That is their gift to us. New Moon in Libra was  Wednesday September 24, 2014. Libra is an air sign, so it involves the mental processes. When people think of Libra, they often think of the scales of balance, and this is a sign that is about balance in many ways. We have just left the sign of Virgo, where we were pulled back into being organized and detail oriented in a if way. That may have been a bit of a shock to the system after summer fun with Leo, so it’s time to bring some balance back to life. We can take our nose away from the grindstone once in a while to enjoy and appreciate the beauty around us. We can focus on beauty and balance in the home, enjoy some art – maybe even create some. In Virgo, everything found it’s place, but now, in Libra, it can find balance and harmony.
